By accessing this Website or using any part of its content or services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. The content of this Website, including texts and images, is intended for informational and promotional purposes related to Croatian tourism. The content may be copied for non-commercial personal use only, provided that all copyright and other proprietary rights are respected.

Holidays Roko respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection and storage of information is carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of EU legislation and Croatian laws regarding personal data protection.

Holidays Roko undertakes measures to protect users’ personal data and collects only the information necessary to fulfill its obligations. Holidays Roko informs users about the way their data is collected and gives users a choice regarding how their data will be used. All user information is treated as strictly confidential and is available only to employees of Holidays Roko when necessary.

All employees of Holidays Roko and its business partners are responsible for respecting the Privacy Policy. The following information we may require from you is protected: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and/or fax number.

Our Website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties. If you use these links, you leave our Website. These links are provided for your information and convenience only and do not represent an endorsement of the content of such linked websites or third parties. Holidays Roko reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect on the date of publication on the Website.

TERMS OF USE

You can book your accommodation at Holidays Roko Apartments:

  • through the online system on the Website
  • by sending a request via the request form
  • directly by e-mail to rokogrebastica@gmail.com

Based on your request, our offer will be sent to you as soon as possible.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract under the General Rental Terms and Conditions, and must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

For a confirmed reservation, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 20% of the total booking value by bank transfer no later than the date stated in the booking confirmation. The remaining 80% must be paid at least 30 days before the date of arrival.

For confirmed reservations with an arrival date within 40 days from the booking date, full payment of 100% of the total booking amount must be made by bank transfer no later than the date stated in the booking confirmation.

If the advance payment is not made on time, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Holidays Roko reserves the right to reject any booking that does not conform to our accommodation capacities.

RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If a guest wishes to change or cancel a reservation, changes or cancellations must be made in writing to rokogrebastica@gmail.com or by phone at +385 98 917 5440.

A change includes any modification to the number of guests or to the date of arrival and/or departure. No additional charges apply for reservation changes. If a requested reservation change is not possible and the guest decides to cancel the reservation, the cancellation terms listed below will apply.

Terms of cancellation:

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival date – free of charge
  • From the 59th day (inclusive) to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total reservation amount
  • From the 29th day (inclusive) until the day of arrival – 100% of the total reservation amount

If the guest does not arrive by midnight on the day of arrival without informing Holidays Roko, the reservation will be cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

In case of early departure, the guest will be charged for the entire booked period.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is available on the agreed arrival date between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. In case of delay, the guest must inform Holidays Roko of the later arrival time. Upon arrival, all guests must present valid identification documents for registration.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out is until 10:00 a.m. on the departure date.

PRICES

PRICES INCLUDE:

  • Rental of the accommodation and its equipment
  • Water, gas and electricity consumption
  • Access to the accommodation facilities
  • Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels
  • Final cleaning fee, provided that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean condition

Otherwise, a final cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

  • Extra options such as meals, excursions and similar services
  • Final cleaning fee of EUR 50 if the apartment is not left in a reasonably clean condition

LIABILITY

Holidays Roko is not liable for loss or theft (including money), damage to property, harm or injury to guests, regardless of the cause.

During your stay, you are liable for any damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings and all other property belonging to the accommodation as a result of your actions and/or the actions of your fellow travellers.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS

For safety and insurance reasons, it is prohibited to exceed the maximum number of occupants specified for each type of accommodation. Children are counted as occupants for the purpose of calculating occupancy limits.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

Any complaints regarding non-compliance of facilities with contractual obligations must be reported to Holidays Roko within 24 hours.

If the problem has not been reported during the stay, claims will not be taken into consideration. No post-holiday complaints will be accepted if the issue was not reported while staying at the property.

After the 15-day period following the holiday, no claims will be considered.

Our Customer Services will process your request within a maximum period of 2 months from the date of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions were issued in Šibenik in January 2024 and represent the current version.
