Contents of this Website, the texts and images are meant for information and  promotion of Croatian tourism. The content may be copied for non-commercial individual use only, provided that all copyright and other proprietary rights are respected.

Holidays Roko respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal details. The collection and storage of information is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act in accordance with the EU legislation and Croatian laws. Holidays Roko undertakes measurements to protect the personal data of users in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers /users/ that are necessary to fulfill its obligations. Obligation of Holidays Roko  is to inform users about the way they collect data, and give user a choice about how their data will be used. All user information is strictly confidential and available only to employees of Holidays Roko.  All employees of Holidays Roko and its business partners are responsible for respecting the Privacy Policy. The following information we require from you is protected: name, address, e-mail address, telephone and/or fax number.

You can book your accommodation at Holidays Roko Apartments:

  • through the online system on the Website,
  • sending a request via request form,
  • directly by e-mail on holidaysroko@gmail.com.

 Based upon your request our offer will be sent you as soon as possible.

The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to enter into the contract under the General Rental Terms and Conditions and must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

For confirmed reservation it is necessary to make advance payment (30%) of the total booking value by bank transfer not later than the date stated in the booking confirmation, while the balance (70%) needs to be paid at least 30 days before the date of arrival .

For confirmed reservation for which the date of arrival is within 40 days from the date of booking it is necessary to make advance payment in the amount of 100% of the total booking amount via bank transfer until the date indicated on the booking confirmation.

If the advance is not paid on time the reservation is considered cancelled.

Holidays Roko  reserves the right to reject any booking that does not conform to our reception and accommodation capacities.


If a guest wants to change or cancel a reservation made at his request, it must be made in writing to   the registered e-mail address rokogrebastica@gmail.com or via phone +385 98 9175440.

Under the change it is considered the change in the number of guests or in the date of arrival and/or departure.  Additional charges are not applied to the reservation. In the case that change of reservation is not possible and the passenger cancels the reservation, in accordance with the Booking Conditions below mentioned charges will be applied.

Terms of cancellation:

  • more than 60 days prior to arrival date – free of charge
  • from 59th day (inclusive) to the 30 days prior to arrival – 30 % of the total reservation amount
  • from 29th day (inclusive) till the day of arrival – 100 % of the total reservation amount.

If the guest does not arrive by midnight on the day of service, without contacting the service provider, the reservation will be canceled and will be applied the cost of cancellation. Early departure: guest will be charged the entire booked period.


CHECK-IN: the arrival must occur on the fixed date between 2 p.m. and 21 p.m. In case of delay the guest must advise Holidays Roko on later arrival time. On the arrival, personal documents of each guest must be shown for registration.

CHECK-OUT:  until 10 a.m. on the departure date.



  • Rental of the accommodation and its equipment.
  • Water, gas and electricity consumption.
  • Access to the facilities of the accommodation.
  • Duvets, pillows, bedding and towels.
  • The accommodation final cleaning fee is included in the price if the apartment is left in a normal state of cleanliness. Otherwise the final cleaning in amount of 50 EUR will be charged.


  • Extra options such as meals, excursions, etc.
  • The accommodation cleaning fee of 50 EUR if the apartment is not left in the normal state of cleanliness.


Holidays Roko is not liable for loss or theft (including of money), damage to property and harm or injury to its clients, through whichever cause.

During your stay you are liable for damage done to the holiday accommodation, the furnishings and all other objects belonging to the rented object which resulted from actions done by you and/ or your fellow traveller.


For safety and insurance reasons, it is prohibited to exceed the maximum number of occupants specified for each type of accommodation. Children are considered as a person for the purposes of calculating occupancy.


Any complaints regarding the non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations must be reported to Holidays Roko within 24 hours. If no solution has been found, the customer may write to Holidays Roko within 15 days of the end of their stay:

If the problem has not been previously reported to us, claims will not be taken into consideration. In all cases, no post-holiday complaints will be taken into account, if the facts were not reported during the stay.

After the 15-day period following the holiday, no claim will be taken into consideration.

Our Customer Services will process your request within a maximum period of 2 months from the date of receipt of your letter.
